Policies
Order Lead Time
Every treat is handmade with care. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for all orders unless otherwise arranged. Rush service is available for cakes and cupcakes within 3 days for a small fee. Cookies are not eligible for rush service.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery are available within an agreed upon radius. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation with instructions for your preferred method. The exact pickup location will be provided at that time for safety and privacy.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 5 business days before your scheduled pickup or delivery qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made after this window are not refundable since ingredients and prep work begin well in advance.
Returns & Refunds
All items are made fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, returns are not accepted. If there is ever a concern about your order, reach out right away. We truly want every bite to bring joy and will always do our best to make things right.
Digital Files
For edible art cookies, digital uploads must be your own content or artwork you have permission to use. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF.
Privacy Policy
Your information stays secure and will only be used to process your orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience. Blissful Sweet Bites does not sell or share any personal information with third parties.

FAQs
1 / How far in advance should I order?
At least 7 business days. The earlier the better, especially during holidays and busy seasons.
2 / Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available within a reasonable radius for an additional fee. The exact fee is shared during order coordination.
3 / Where is pickup located?
Pickup occurs at an agreed upon public location for safety. The address is shared in your ready for pickup email.
4 / Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Custom pound cakes, cupcakes, and edible art cookies are available. If you are ordering edible art cookies, you can upload your design directly on the product page.
5 / How should I store my treats?
Storage varies by item. As a general guide:
Cakes and cupcakes stay fresh at room temperature for up to two days. Cookies stay soft when sealed in an airtight container. If you plan to enjoy them later, freezing is always an option. Storage notes are included with each order.
6 / What if I have allergies?
Some products may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts, or peanuts. While not every treat includes these ingredients, all products are made in the same home kitchen. Please review the allergen statement on your label and reach out with any concerns.
7 / Do you require payment upfront?
Yes. Payment is required to confirm and begin your order.
8 / Can I request a rush order?
Rush service is available for cakes and cupcakes when the schedule allows. Cookies do not qualify for rush service.
